What is on the Report tab of an asset?
The Report tab shows the key figures of one site over the last 30 days, next to the plan. Below them are the reports made for the site.
Why it matters
You see at a glance whether the site delivers what was promised, before you make a report or send it to the customer. A negative deviation needs an explanation first. This tab also opens the site's earlier reports.
What you see
Tiles at the top
| Item | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Brand | The site's customer, with white-label below it |
| Templates | The number of active report definitions of the environment |
| Status | Ready when there is at least one template, else No template. Below it: PDF via report generator |
No datalogger linked
When the site has no datalogger, you see No datalogger linked with the Link datalogger button. Without a datalogger no data arrives and Generate report is not there.
KPI overview
The title names the period after KPI overview ·.
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| KPI | The key figure |
| Actual | The measured value in the period |
| Plan | What the site should reach |
| Deviation | Actual minus plan: in percent for energy, in percentage points (pp) for the rest |
| Status | Attention for a negative deviation, else OK. A dash without a deviation |
- Generate report opens the report generator with this site already chosen. An Admin or Operator sees the button, and only when the site has a datalogger.
- The export button saves the table as CSV or Excel.
Solar park and battery differ.
| Solar park | Battery |
|---|---|
| Energieproductie | Ontladen energie |
| Performance ratio | Geladen energie |
| Availability | Equivalente volle cycli |
| Datadekking | Rendement (round-trip) |
| Gemiddelde laadtoestand | |
| State of health | |
| Beschikbaarheid | |
| Datakwaliteit |
A battery has no plan. On a battery Plan, Deviation and Status therefore stay empty (a dash). The names in this table appear like this in the English app too. In English they mean: energy production, discharged and charged energy, equivalent full cycles, round-trip efficiency, mean state of charge, state of health, availability, data coverage and data quality.
Generated reports
The reports of this site, newest at the top.
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|

| Language | nl-NL or en-GB |
| Status | Ready, Failed or Superseded |
| Generated | The date the report was made |
- Search asset or customer… searches the rows. Status: all filters.
- A row opens the report.
- "No reports have been generated for this asset yet." means there is no report yet.
