How does Alpha calculate the performance ratio?

The PR is the yield divided by the DC capacity times the plane-of-array insolation. It says how much of the energy the light offered the park actually delivered.

Why it matters

A low PR is often the first sign of soiling, shading, a broken string or an inverter that derates. The PR is also the figure a PR guarantee is judged on.

How to do it

Open Assets and pick the site. Open in Alpha
The Monitoring tab shows today's PR.
The Analytics tab shows the PR over the chosen period.
