Where do I find what in Alpha?

Everything is in the sidebar: the map, Portfolio and Assets at the top, then Operations, Insight and Customers, and Settings at the bottom. With Search at the top of the sidebar, or ⌘K / Ctrl K, you jump to any site, customer or page.

Why it matters

Finding the right page fast means you see a fault sooner and lose less yield. The menu follows your role: if you do not see an item, your role has no access to it.

How to do it

  1. Want to see whether everything runs? Open the Monitoring map. Open in Alpha
  2. Are you staff? Open Portfolio for the figures of all your sites. Open in Alpha
  3. Want to look at one site? Open Assets and pick the site. For the battery, choose the Battery tab there. Open in Alpha
  4. Want to pick up a fault? Open Alarms. You land on the Faults tab. Open in Alpha
  5. Want to compare figures over time? Open Dashboards or Views. Open in Alpha
  6. Want to make a report? Open Reports. Open in Alpha
  7. Want to connect a site? Open Assets and choose New asset with agent, Manual or New battery. You change an existing site with Configure asset on the site's page. Open in Alpha
  8. Looking for integrations, API keys or exports? Open Settings. Open in Alpha
