How do the SLA board and SLA compliance work?

The SLA board shows every running SLA case with its next obligation and the time left. SLA compliance counts per customer and tier how many obligations were met in time and how many were late.

Why it matters

An SLA is what you promised the customer: how fast you respond, are on site and fix the fault. A missed deadline can cost a penalty. The report is the basis of the monthly report to the customer.

How to do it

  1. Open Alarms, choose Faults and then the SLA view. Open in Alpha
  2. At the top you see Running, Within 1 hour, Breached and Paused.
  3. Click a row in SLA cases. The case shows the Obligations with their deadline and the History.
  4. Did you do an obligation? Choose Done next to it.
  5. Waiting for the customer, the grid operator or access to the site? Fill in a reason and choose Stop the clock. Later choose Resume the clock.
  6. Open Reports and choose the SLA compliance tab, choose From and Up to and choose Show. Print prints the report. Open in Alpha
  7. Without Operations the SLA templates are under Settings on the SLA tab. With Operations the service contract sets the SLA. There you also see per asset which SLA applies. Open in Alpha
