What is a recommendation and what do I do with it?
A recommendation shows per park how much energy the inverters lost to faults in the last 30 days, and what that is worth. You price the repair, turn it into a service request or close it.
Why it matters
A recommendation turns loss into money. With the cost of the repair added you see how fast it pays itself back. That way you pick the repairs that bring back the most yield first.
How to do it
- Open Reports and choose the Recommendations tab. Open in Alpha
- At the top you see the number of Open recommendations, their Loss and their Value.
- In the Recoverable loss table, look at which Inverters lost most. The largest value is at the top.
- Fill in what the repair costs under Cost (โฌ) and choose Save. The Payback appears.
- Does someone need to go to the site? Choose Create service request. Afterwards the Service request button opens that request.
- Nothing to do? Choose Close. Reopen opens it again.
- Are you an admin? Fill in a new value above the table and choose Threshold (kWh).
