What can I set on my account and theme?

Why it matters

Colleagues see your display name in the history, such as the status history of a service request you create. A theme that reads well helps when you work at the screen for long, by day and in the evening.

How to do it

1. At the bottom of the menu, click your name and choose Account and sessions. Open in Alpha
2. Under Profile, change your Display name *, First name *, Last name * or Mobile and choose Save changes.
3. In the same menu, choose Dutch or English under Language, and Docked, Floating or Drawer under AI agent.
4. Under Theme, choose System, Light or Dark, or Choose theme… for the theme page. On Account, Choose theme takes you there too. Open in Alpha
5. On Theme, choose System, Light or Dark under Appearance. Choose a card under Light theme and under Dark theme.
6. Under Interface, set the Glass opacity with the slider. Reset sets it back to 100%.
7. Do you have access to more tenants? Choose Switch tenant in the menu. Done? Choose Sign out.
